FREE seminar for senior managers in public services on 30th November.
The IDEA/RIEP productivity framework will be promoted as one of the background documents.
It is being organised by the Cabinet Office, IDeA, the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement and the Work Foundation.

Margaret Allcock, HMRC (on understanding customer experience to drive business efficiency)

Steve Bevan and David Coats, Work Foundation (on the challenges and issues for workforce productivity)
Following the seminar we plan to set up a cross public services 'think tank' on increasing productivity.
