Background:

To provide a co-ordinated strategic approach to the priority area of Children’s Services, there is a need for specialist advice to the RIEP.

Delivery:
|
Funding supports a specified number of hours from a former Director of Children’s Services to provide strategic advice to the RIEP. Reports of activity will be provided to the Children’s Services Task Group.
|
|
Outcomes:
|
RIEP adding value to a co-ordinated programme of support for Children’s Services regionally and, as appropriate, to individual local authorities and partners.
