Background:

With ever increasing pressures and expectations placed on elected members, there is a need to support the work of Member Development Officers.

Delivery:

In conjunction with the North West and North East RIEPs, the first event Member Development Officer Conference will take place on 7 and 8 May 2009.

Outcomes:

Shared key priorities across the 3 regions, shared best practice and shared future development of interventions/tools to support member development.
