Background:

This proposal builds on the work of the capacity building funded Masterclass projects.
|
|
Delivery:
|
Masterclasses will promote best practice, explore new innovations and drive excellence in communications. They will be open to all partners across the region. A full dissemination and embedding strategy will be developed, including working with other regions and national bodies.
|
|
Outcomes:
|
Development of skils of Chief Executives, Leaders and Corporate Directors, enabling them to be more effective in their role, ultimately resulting in iimprovements in authorities' and region's performance.
