Background:

The forum was established through the Beacon Peer Funding Programme. The forum is run by practitioners for practitioners and aims to provide a programme of research projects, learning events, benchmarking groups and best practice publications to support its workstreams of efficiency, strategic partnerships and employment and training.

Delivery:
|
Hosted by Sheffield CC the project will provide continued funding for the delivery of the forum's action plan.
|

Outcomes:
|
Improved capacity in the development, delivery and sustainability of Strategic Partnerships including: Applying best practice in Procurement; Understanding the contractual options available; How to ensure effective governance and performance management. Efficiency and training. Raising awareness of climate changes and linkages to modern methods of construction.
