Background:

Craven Council is to move into single office accommodation from May 2009 in a joint project with the County Council. The move offers a window of opportunity to consider options to improve document management arrangements and deliver efficiencies.

Delivery:  

Craven District Council

Outcomes:

All opportunities for efficiencies and customer service improvements that could be generated by the office move can be captures, including: Improvements in the efficiency and effectiveness of se3rvice delivery and responsiveness too customers; Revenue budget savings; improving key indicator performance; maximising the use of systems and technology to deliver efficiencies; facilitate further options for shared working/ partnership working/ home and remote working.
