Vision, aim, objectives and measures
YoHr Space's aim is a change in culture. A fundamental element of this is to identify issues and approaches which create benefits and which provide incentives for collective approaches. Our aim is to embed a culture in which authorities direct their own improvement and value for money through mutual support and challenge.
Themes and Leadership
The Yorkshire and Humber Regional Improvement and Efficiency Partnership have identified four key strategic priorities, based on priorities identified by councils and their partners in Local Area Agreements, each of which has a Lead Member.
The four themes are explored in greater detail throughout this website.
The aim of these regional strategies is to support councils and partnerships to deliver effective services. Working collaboratively to tackle demands such as higher efficiency targets, growing public expectation, increased service pressures and ambitious national priorities. Here in Yorkshire and the Humber YoHr Space is well underway and has the active engagement of Leaders and Chief Executives across the region.
